Web Developement

We don’t just design websites. We engineer digital experiences that convert, elevate your brand, and scale with you.

  • Secure your domain name (e.g., www.yourbrand.com), or have a few ideas ready if you haven’t yet.
  • Set up or identify your hosting provider and make sure you have your login credentials on hand.
  • Create a professional, branded email address (e.g., hello@yourbrand.com instead of yourbrand@gmail.com) for credibility and marketing.
  • If you’ll be sending marketing materials, make sure you have a valid business address on file for legal compliance (this can be a registered business address or a virtual office address, not necessarily your home).

Be ready with the key materials we’ll need to build out your site:

  • Written copy for your main pages: Home, About Us, Services/Products, Contact.
  • Service or product descriptions including key features, benefits, and pricing (if applicable).
  • High-quality imagery or visuals (product shots, team photos, brand lifestyle images).
  • Any existing promotional assets you’d like included (banners, videos, graphics).

If you need help gathering or organizing content, try Cosmos.

Make sure you’ve gathered your branding files and guidelines:

  • Your logo in high resolution (preferably .PNG and/or .PDF).
  • Brand colours and hex codes (primary, secondary, accent colours).
  • Brand fonts if you have them (including any “must use” or “avoid” fonts) Please note that for shopify websites custom fonts are not recommended.
  • Links to your social media profiles or any external platforms you want integrated.

Let’s get clear on what your site needs to do:

  • A list of pages and functionality you want (e.g., blog, e-commerce store, booking module, portfolio).
  • Any third-party integrations (email marketing tool, CRM, analytics, social feed, appointment tool).
  • Contact forms or lead-capture forms (what fields you need, where submissions should go, and what happens after submit).
  • Any specific technical or accessibility requirements.

The creative direction matters. Help us understand your vision:

  • Share links to websites you like (and what you like about them).
  • Note any design elements you want to avoid.
  • Specify the vibe you’re after (clean/minimalist, bold/colourful, luxury/understated).
  • Share any layout preferences (e.g., “full-width hero image”, “side navigation”, “one-page scroll”).

Ensure your site covers its bases:

  • Any disclaimers you need to include (especially for service-based offerings).
  • Your store or service policies (shipping, returns, refunds, terms of service).
  • Privacy policy, cookie notice, and an accessibility statement (if applicable).
