TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 By engaging in my services you agree to these terms and conditions as of November 5th 2024.

1. Services Overview

By engaging CEO SOVEREIGN HQ (“Designer”), the Client agrees to the following terms and conditions, which apply to all services provided, including but not limited to branding, web design, and social media management.

 

2. Payment Terms 

• Invoices and Payment Schedule: Payments are required as specified in the proposal or invoice. Late payments may incur additional fees, and work may be paused until payment is received.

• Deposits: A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure booking and initiate work on the project.

 

3. Ownership and Intellectual Property

• Final Deliverables: Ownership of the final deliverables transfers to the Client upon receipt of full payment.

• Design Process Files: Designer retains ownership of all working files, drafts, and source files used in creating the final deliverables, unless otherwise agreed upon.

• Portfolio Use: Designer retains unlimited, perpetual rights to use completed work for portfolio, website, social media, or other promotional purposes. This includes sharing designs as case studies or in online galleries.

 

4. Revisions and Additional Work

• Revisions: The Client is entitled to [Number] rounds of revisions as outlined in the proposal. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.

• Scope Adjustments: Any requests for services beyond the agreed-upon scope may result in additional fees.

 

5. Confidentiality

Designer agrees to keep all sensitive or proprietary Client information confidential and will not share such information with third parties unless required to complete the project.

 

6. Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellation by Client: In the event of project cancellation by the Client, any deposits or payments made are non-refundable, and the Client will be billed for work completed up to the cancellation date.

• Termination by Designer: Designer reserves the right to terminate services if there is a breach of these Terms and Conditions or working safety concerns.
