Virtual Assistant (VA)

We are a growing creative design agency specializing in branding, web design, and digital strategy. We work with clients across various industries, helping them elevate their brand and online presence. As the business expands, we’re looking for a reliable and proactive Virtual Assistant to help with admin and client support so our team can focus on delivering exceptional creative work.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Manage client communications via email and project management tools
- Assist with client onboarding and offboarding tasks
- Maintain and update private client portals
- Schedule client calls and manage calendars
- Follow up on client requests and deadlines
- Organise and maintain agency files (Google Drive, Dropbox)
- Support with admin tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Strong written English and professional communication skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Comfortable with tools like Gmail, Google Docs, Canva
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions

Junior Web Designer
CEO SOVEREIGN HQ
You’ll be assisting with the design and building of websites under the guidance of our lead designer. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience working with premium clients and learn professional web design workflows.
Responsibilities:
- Design web pages with html Adobe XD based on briefs
- Collaborate with the lead designer on page layouts and visuals
- Prepare assets for web implementation (images, icons, graphics)
- Support website builds on Shopify & wix
- Make revisions and updates based on client feedback
- Ensure designs are mobile-responsive and visually consistent
Requirements:
- Some experience with web design tools (Figma, Canva, Adobe XD)
- Basic understanding of UX/UI principles
- Good communication skills and responsiveness
- Ability to meet deadlines and follow design briefs
- A portfolio or samples of web or digital design work (even school or personal projects)
Nice to Have:
- Some experience building sites on WordPress, Shopify, or Webflow
- Understanding of branding and typography
- Interest in learning professional workflows and client communication

Client Billing Assistant

We are a creative design agency seeking a reliable Client Billing Assistant to help manage client invoices and payments. This role is focused purely on billing tasks, creating, sending, and following up on invoices; so our team can focus on delivering high-quality creative work.
Responsibilities:
- Generate and send client invoices using provided templates/tools
- Follow up on overdue invoices according to set schedule
- Send polite and professional reminders to clients
- Mark invoices as paid and log them in a shared tracker
- Prepare optional monthly invoice summary reports
- Maintain accurate records of invoices and payment status
Requirements:
- Strong written English and professional communication skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
